3 day Turkish cookery skills and culinary techniques ending with a feast of food on the table everyday.
DAY 1 (Thursday)
INTRODUCTION Meze and Olive oil dishes Explanations of preserving technique; pickling, salting, sundrying etc. Lunch included. Start 1000 finish 1500
DAY 2 (Friday)
Am . visit the local market to purchase produce and food tasting; breads, cheese and olives etc. Prepare 3 meze ,main course and desert.
DAY 3 (Saturday)
Our last day, workshops continue with soups, börek, köfte and salads. After the final banquet you are presented with a spice basket and hand crafted chopping board.
Herbs,herbal teas, olive oil, homemade pasta ,tomato dip and other traditional produce on sale.
